Wow! What a great 9th birthday celebration from start to finish.
From the Hummer Limo arriving at my sons school to the Laser Tag Facility, every detail was handled professionally and the kids had a great time!
Our limo driver was prompt and curteous and the staff at the Panther Family Fun Center was outstanding!

Laser tag is a good activity for a boy / girl party.
The woman manager on Saturday night and I believe the gentleman's name was Cody. Both were terrific - low key and efficient and responsive.
It kept 24 teenagers occupied and in a public place / yet lots of fun.

After searching for laser tag facilities in the area, we visited the 2 nearest and were pleased with how the Panther facility looked and the staff that we observed and spoke with.
Ryan was our party host and he was absolutely wonderful!! We can't say enough about how great he was. Ryan was very attentive, friendly, thoughtful, kind... too many words to describe how impressed we were with him.
When one of the girls lost some money she had on her in the arena, Ryan generously gave her money from his own pocket. I have never seen an employee of any business ever do something so kind and noble, especially a young person.
Thank you for having such a wonderful person on your staff to take care of my daughter's party. Every person had a great time and can't wait to come back again.

The website had all the information I needed and the young man that assisted me in setting up the party was very helpful and it was VERY easy/no hassle.
Dylan did a great job, he paid close attention to our group. Also, when I first arived a very kind young man helped me out when he saw me holding our cake and he took it from and offered to put it in the fridge.
Ok... everyone was helpful from the front desk to several people walking around. GREAT STAFF!

Our host Ryan was outstanding. He catered to our every need. He was very pleasant to work with and seemed to really enjoy being around kids. Every and anything I requested, he made happen. I have 2 boys and have had parties at many different locations, but this was by far the best coordinated and least stressful party I've ever given!
Everyone. From the time I walked in and was greeted by a young man at the front desk to our super host Ryan, to the gentlemen who processed my payment at the end. Outstanding staff! BTW, could I rent Ryan for organinzing things at home! : -
Fantastic party and a great bargain. It's great that the price includes 2 slices of pizza, unlimited softdrinks, and free play for the parents. I will definately have another party at Panther Family Fun Center.

My child really wanted to play laser tag for his birthday party. I've used the laser tag facility in Sterling Park, but was just not impressed with the facility or the area.
The laser tag was by far the most fun. The cleanliness was great, and the friendiness of the staff was second to none.
Our party host was Danny. He was super with the kids, and really did a bang-up job keeping the party flowing.
Steven - I believe he was the manager - was extremely personable and courteous upon check-out.
There were a lot of highly energetic and loud kids in the lobby/game room area, and the staff really seemed to enjoyed being there. That truly makes a difference.
Thank you for making this birthday a memorable one for not only my son, but all 9 of his friends who joined him. I've had parents call me to tell me that their children keep talking about the awesome laser tag party.

I liked the fact that the party hostess really did do everything...served pizza, drinks, cake...with a smile and a helpful attitude.
Some places say that their hosts do this, but then the person just sits back and waits for you to do everything. She was very responsive to particular requests from the birthday boy about what slice of cake he wanted.

Ricky loves the two story facility and video games while you wait.

I wanted to let you know that I will be telling all my friends about your facility, not only because of the service however because of the honesty.
My son was given $150 cash as a gift at the party. I stuck it in my pocket for safe keepings and it fell out on the floor in the lobby. When I called later that night and inquired if anyone had found the money, the manager told me that he himself had found it and kept it at the desk.
I was SO appreciative that he was honest. He could have kept the money himself and I would have never been the wiser. It is nice to know that in today's day and during these tough economical times, that people are still honest. Because of this experience, I will recommend you to everyone I can!

Laser tag is fun for all ages! Your facility is updated and clean.
The rooms are large and we love the Star Wars theme. It was my son's party and they asked him what color team he wanted. You had everything: plates, napkins, forks, candles, matches, and drinks. Moms love things that make life easy and fun.
All of the employees have been very helpful and friendly. Ryan was our host and he did a great job! We love laser tag and we will be back.

We chose Panther for the value. All inclusive. You can see the laser beam so the kids like it better than the other laser tag place where you cannot.
I would change nothing. It think you do a great job with this. I like that I didn't have to do anything.
The party host named Amy did a great job and was very patient with the kids.
